Going to try the net_testing branch to see if there's any changes in behavior. Whenever you want to quit, make sure you die or return to town and lose. Whatever you do, dont turn the script off in CE. You can use console commands to give yourself items, drinks, blueprints, statues, etc. clientfollowshost cheat When in splitscreen, the second player will follow the first. So what you need to do is enable the script in cheat engine. infinitedash cheat Whether the player can dash an infinite amount of times. infiniteammo cheat Whether the player has an infinite amount of ammo. noclip cheat Whether the player can walk through colliding units. We've tried switching up who hosts the lobbies but the issue remained. god cheat Whether the player is invincible. Rejoining the lobby after disconnecting like this without completing the saved progress in single player will act like the previous run was a death and does not save any earnings aside from what was already sent to town. The only safe way out is to disconnect manually and continue the run in single player (which retains your items, gold, and ore earned), and rejoin the multiplayer lobby after the run is completed. Attempting to exit to town simply commits yourself to death immediately and you begin spectating the other player entities. You can't interact with anything in the current level except the next floor entrance, which only responds with the "All players must be present to go to the next area" prompt. You do not ever get a connection timed out message. The game behaves as if the other players still exist and are connected but are not doing anything. What I do know about the disconnects is that after it takes place: Just today we've had 5+ such disconnects. It is of note that all these notes involve the base game mine (all acts), and none of the DLC areas. These disconnects never happen in town, and are only ever present inside an active run. I've been trying to pinpoint exactly what seems to cause it and nothing's nailed down aside from a wide swath of non-host player interactions with entities related to items directly (such as chests, the gambler, and shop-keeps) or anything improving the character progress (such as achievements and level-ups). This issue has been plaguing me for at least since I've bought the DLC packs (which was August).
